2025 Family Camp Registration

To secure your spot at Family Camp 2025, please follow these steps:

Step 1:  Click here to download the fillable PDF form.

Step 2:  Complete the form and save your completed form to your device, re-naming it:

CW25_FamilyCamp_RegistrationAndFeesForm.InsertYourLastNameFirstName

If you can, please use a computer to complete the form and do not send a picture, scan, or screenshot of a completed form. 

Step 3:  Once you have filled out the form, you have two easy options for submission:

Option 1: Submit by Email (preferred)

  • Attach the saved registration form to an email and send the email to registration@wannakumbac.com.
  • In the email subject line, write "Family Camp Registration"

In the email message, you are welcome to identify a preferred cabin or campsite.  If not specified, we will assign you a site based on your registration.    Spaces are assigned in the order they are received.  We will maintain wait-lists.

Option 2: Submit by Mail

  • Print out your completed registration form.
  • Mail the printed version of the form to: Camp Wannakumbac Attn: Family Camp Registration Box 125, Onanole, MB. R0J 1N0

Please ensure that your registration form is submitted by the registration deadline of July 18, 2025, to secure your place at the event.

At this time, we do not have the ability to "Auto-Reply" your submission.  We will send a confirmation of receiving your form within a week.

To purchase Summer 2025 Camp Merchandise (click here), please order this online by:  Monday, June 30.  Items will be available for pick-up when you arrive.  If you choose to wait and purchase on-site, we cannot guarantee items will be available.  There is also a surcharge when items are purchased on-site.
