Wellness Weekend Retreat

After a long, busy winter how about some YOU time? Join us for a relaxing getaway, where we’ve gathered all the services you’ll need to make the most of a back-to-basics Mother’s Day Weekend immersed in nature. On-site yoga, massage therapy, meditation, and aesthetician services will all be offered as well as meals and accommodations. Our new Wellness Retreat might be just what you need!

What’s included?

For $300, you get:

  • Guided yoga
  • Guided meditation
  • Wholesome meals
  • Wine and cocktail hour
  • Hiking trails
  • Lakefront & canoe access
  • Accommodations*

*Use of a single bed in a shared room. Rooms contain either two or three beds. Groups travelling together can request to share a room. You’re required to bring your own linens and pillow, as well as any other sleeping aids (ear plugs, fan, etc.). Please be aware that our beds are not your posturepedic/tempurpedic/memory foam mattresses you may have at home. If you feel you may require extra padding such as a foam top, we suggest bringing it with you.

What other services will be provided?

These treatments are an additional cost, paid directly to the service provider. Cash or cheques are accepted:

  • A massage by one of three registered massage therapists who will be on-site Saturday afternoon. Insurance receipts can be provided.
  • Aesthetic services provided by The Babe Cave – Offering gel/regular polish, manicure, pedicure.
  • One-on-one holistic nutritional counselling.

Spots will be limited for these additional services. Appointments will be available on a first come first serve basis during registration.

There will also be a smoothie and snack bar open for limited hours on Saturday; cash only.

Friday, May 11

  • 5:00-8:00pm – Registration & settle in
  • 7:15pm – Yoga (gentle flow)
  • 8:00pm – Introduction with wine & cheese
  • 10pm – Lights out

Saturday, May 12

  • 6:00am – Sunrise yoga (vinyasa/flow) & meditation
  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:00am – Intention setting
  • 10:00am – Free time / hiking / waterfront / pedicures / yoga workshop
  • Noon – Lunch
  • 1:00pm – Registered massage, aesthetician, nutritional counselling services offered / hiking / waterfront / smoothie bar
  • 6:30pm – Supper
  • 8:00pm – Sunset yoga (candlelit yin) & meditation
  • 9:30pm – Campfire with snack & Bailey’s hot chocolate
  • 11:00pm – Lights out

Sunday, May 13

  • 7:00am – Yoga (vinyasa) & meditation
  • 9:00am – Breakfast
  • 10:00am – Gratitude ceremony at waterfront
  • 10:30am – Departure
